Return & Exchange Policy


At Isoki, great pride is taken in the quality and craftsmanship of each and every item we manufacture. We warrant all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from time of purchase (please note proof of purchase is required )

Should you experience a defective product, we ask that you contact us via email with an image of the problem area. This helps us to provide the best quality assurance to our customers. All defective items returned for warranty service will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials (i.e., fabric, zipper wear, Velcro wear, etc.)

Returns & Exchanges

Here at ISOKI we love a happy customer so for all ISOKI Online purchases, we will gladly exchange or return your unused item(s) within 14 days of your purchase. All returns or exchanges must have been purchased from this website, ISOKI Shop online or BPM Childcare Webshop and be accompanied by a Job number.

The item(s) that you would like to exchange or return due to change of mind must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and/or packaging or will be ineligible for an exchange or refund.

If your goods are damaged, mis-described, not fit for purpose or faulty please email to let us know the details. If necessary, we will arrange for the return of the product to us.

When returning items we strongly recommend that you send your items by a recorded service as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

We do not pay for return postage if the item is not faulty.

The exchange process is easy:

  • Call our Customer Service team on +44 (0) 1992 440 293 to be issued a Job number and advised of the shipping instructions. Please note that the postage into ISOKI is at the customers expense.
  • Upon receipt of your item we will send your exchanged items, we will not charge additional shipping costs to send out your exchanged item.
  • Your credit card statement will show a credit for the returned item(s) and a charge for your exchanged item(s).

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT EXCHANGES: any item deemed “used” will be ineligible for exchange. Pending inspection it is ISOKI’s sole discretion to determine if the item(s) have been used or been damaged other than original manufacturing defects. If that is the case, the item(s) will be returned to you at your cost and no exchange provided.
